Forms, Expenses and Shipping Security
- AINA DE MÔ – BARCELONA undertakes to send the merchandise without undue delay and, in any case, within 10 days from the date of execution of the Purchase Contract. The Products will be delivered through a transport company, and the terms will vary depending on the destination. The periods indicated at the time of the purchase order have in any case an indicative value.
- The Site allows purchases destined for the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands only.
- The Products ordered are delivered to the address specified by the Customer.
- Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding holidays in the Customer’s place of residence, according to the forms established by the transport company. Delivery is considered complete at the time the Product is delivered to the Customer at the specified address. In the event that the order cannot be delivered because the recipient is not at the specified address, the carrier will try to contact the Customer and make a new delivery according to the forms that the transport company has pre-established.
In the event that the new delivery cannot be made because the recipient is not at the specified address, Customer Service will try to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery date.
If the Customer Service Department is unable to contact the Customer within 10 days or in the event of subsequent impossibility of delivery because the recipient is not at the address, the Products that are the object of the order will be returned to AINA DE MÔ – BARCELONA . After 30 days from the date on which the Products object of the order have been returned to AINA DE MÔ – BARCELONA due to the impossibility of carrying out the delivery, the contract will be terminated and the purchase order will be canceled by virtue of article 1124 CC AINA DE MÔ – BARCELONA will reimburse the amount paid by the Client for the product.
- The termination of the Purchase Contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated by email to the Customer. The amount of the refund will be paid in the means of payment used by the Client for the purchase. In the event that, before the thirty days have elapsed, the Client requests to receive the purchased Products again, AINA DE MÔ – BARCELONA will proceed with the new delivery after charging, in addition to their price, the costs of returning the Products to AINA DE MÔ – BARCELONA.
- When the courier delivers the Products, the Customer must thoroughly check: a) that the security seal is intact and that the packaging is not damaged or altered.
- b) that the number of items delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport number.
- The Customer will have to claim any damage caused to the security seal, the packaging or the Products, the non-correspondence of the number of articles / packages or the indications. To do this, you can contact AINA DE MÔ – BARCELONA through the Customer Service Department, specifying the order in which said mishaps have been observed.
